Breakfast Cookie

SERVES: 4


INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 ripe bananas peeled and mashed

  • 1 cup oats rolled or whole Bob Red Mill's

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Sprinkle of Raw Chocolate Chips

METHOD

  1. Mash bananas, add in the oats, cinnamon and chocolate chips.

  2. Mix all ingredients well together.

  3. Spoon it out into a pan lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

  5. Serve and enjoy.


You can also freeze these cookies in batches and take out and warm in the oven on a morning or for an afternoon snack. You can also add in more ingredients to it like raisins, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, chopped apples. The toppings are endless, so go ahead and experiment!
