Who doesn't love chocolate pudding! What if we could eat chocolate pudding for breakfast or dinner and feel guiltless. Well, with this chia chocolate pudding you can have it anytime and the benefits are endless. My kids love it and they think its a treat, when actually I want them to ask for it anytime they feel like eating something sweet. It keeps you full, satisfied and does not spike your sugar! Chia is known as a superfood, so don't be afraid to use it – in puddings, baking or smoothies!
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp chia seeds
tbsp ½natural sweetener coconut sugar/agave/maple syrup/honey
tsp ½cinnamon
1 tsp raw cacao powder
METHOD
Combine all ingredients and put in a cup or bowl and leave in fridge overnight.
In the morning you can add chopped up fruit of your choice or nuts. Or eat as is.
You can top it with banana or any fruit of your choice
