I hear you shouting "SOS" and I am hear to answer your call and let you know that it's OK to enjoy the holidays, indulge a little while spending time with your family and friends.
Being able to enjoy the holidays and stay on track may have been a little difficult .....but that's OK no one is perfect and so here is an emergency back up plan when all else fails and you start off the year feeling a little puffy and your pants unbuttoned:
*Aim to drink 1 gallon of water for the next 2 days
*Avoid ALL grains for 48 hours
*MOVE your Body and by that I mean sweat!
*Reduce Animal Protein and be sure each meal contains a good source of plant-protein and lots of GREENS
