Fruit-on-the-Bottom Chia Pudding
This recipe makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen berries (thawed) or you can use my chia jam recipe
Method:-
1. In a mixing bowl add the chia seeds and coconut milk.
2. Whisk together.
3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
4. If you want it thicker then refrigerate overnight.
Notes:- You can substitute the coconut milk for any milk of your choice.
