Gluten Free Flat bread



INDREGIENTS:

2 cups ground flax

1 tbsp baking powder

¼ tsp sea salt

1-2 tbsp honey/agave or coconut sugar

1/3 cup coconut oil

3 eggs

Water – enough so that the total liquid is 1 1/3 cup – this depends on the size of the egg


METHOD:

Combine and mix all ingredients together.

Put oven at 350 degrees

Grease a 8x8 pan.

Let it sit for 2 minutes

Bake for 20 minutes in total.
