Allergies to dairy are on the rise and it is now the most common allergy out there. If you have an allergy to cow’s milk, I have great news for you. There are so many different ways to add a plant based milk to your diet. I will share with you one of my favorites and cheapest – OAT MILK!
SERVES 4
OAT MILK INGREDIENTS
1 cup oats
2 cups Water
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 tbsp 100 % maple syrup or honey
METHOD
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
In a nut or cheese bag or strainer, strain the milk into a glass jar.
Serve and refrigerate
