I jump for joy whenever I find a recipe with added goodness that my kids just love. This masterpiece created out of not wanting to use any flour, whether gluten free or grain friendly but a hidden tin can sitting behind the many dried bean bags in my pantry. Yes I admit, I was tired and lazy after working all weekend, the last thing I wanted to do was be in a kitchen and I wanted to finish off the only tin can that was sitting in my pantry. One look at it, I wondered how these white beans would do in pasta. So my creativity kicked in and an Alfredo-like creamy sauce was made right in my blender. Here is what I did. . .
Ingredients
1/2 can white bean
1 pinch Sea Salt
1/4 cup grassfed butter
to taste black pepper
optional sliced onions or bell peppers
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well until a smooth texture. Add the mixture into a pan and heat. Add in your cooked pasta. I like to serve it with brown rice pasta or quinoa and add some broccoli to it to make the meal complete!
I help others become the best versions of themselves.
